Newman-Dailey was co-founded by Jeanne Dailey in Destin, Florida in 1985. In 1988 Jeanne became the sole owner and has since captained the
Newman-Dailey vessel towards becoming one of the most successful companies along the Beaches of South Walton and Destin, Florida areas.
Along with our vacation rental properties, Newman-Dailey includes Real Estate and
Association Management divisions. We were voted Best Real Estate Company on the
Emerald Coast in 2003 and 2007 by Emerald Coast Magazine.
